Clouds Talent Group is excited to be partnering with Queensborough National Bank and Trust Company to add Wealth Planners in strategic growth markets. We're initially looking for strong financial professionals in Augusta, GA - Statesboro, GA - Columbia, SC and Aiken, SC . We are also open to well established financial advisors or advisory teams in the Atlanta or Athens, GA market , Clemson or Charleston, SC market , as well as the Lake Oconee market.

The ideal Wealth Planner will be responsible to establish a portfolio of bank customers based on meeting the financial objectives of the customer through sound advice and guidance. This advice will be based on a deep understanding of our customer, their current financial standing and their short and long term goals. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and partnership centric and ideally has previous branch based brokerage experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides a broad range of financial solutions and products to help meet customer goals and offer in-depth guidance through Financial Planning services

• Identifies and follow up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting, lead utilization, and local market/ community involvement

• Builds and maintains a strong client network and pipeline

• Provides and demonstrates expert-level portfolio planning skills and comprehensive industry and investment knowledge

• Conducts and/or participates in investment performance and relationship reviews

• Keeps bank staff informed about investment products and opportunities Conducts market education events and routinely attends branch huddles to provide education to key partners.

• Adheres to compliance requirements and follow corporate and industry protocols

Specifics and Requirements

• This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
• This position is incentive eligible.
• Series 7 & 63
• Series 65 or 66
• Insurance License
• At least two (2) years of Financial Advisory Experience
• Preference: Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Retirement Specialist, College Degree
