At our new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Norcross, Georgia, the Parts Distribution Centers (PDC) play a crucial role in housing, picking, and delivering genuine Toyota parts to 177 dealerships across the Southeast.

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced environment focused on de-vanning, receiving, picking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts. The ideal candidate will inspire action, foster associate engagement, and drive performance while maintaining a high standard of quality and operational efficiency. This leadership role is integral to the success of daily operations, and you will be pivotal in developing and guiding a motivated, efficient team.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and lead a team of up to 20 associate's in support of day-to-day warehouse operations. Foster a positive and productive work environment while driving high performance.

• Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching to associates through development discussions, utilizing the Individual Development Planning process to enhance skills and maximize productivity.

• Operational Efficiency: Partner with the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Managers (AOMs), and other Supervisors to ensure daily production and quality goals are met.

• Accountability: Hold associates accountable by providing timely, actionable feedback—both positive and corrective. Ensure performance expectations are clear and understood.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to drive decisions that improve team performance and operational outcomes.

• Collaborative Culture: Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and inclusive work culture, ensuring that associates feel valued and empowered to succeed.

• Continuous Improvement: Champion Hoshin goals and work with leadership to continuously improve processes and drive customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams in a distribution or manufacturing environment

• Proven track record of maximizing individual contributions and driving team performance

• Previous supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching and performance management preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or SAP preferred

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred

• A willingness to work non-traditional hours as our warehouse operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Shift schedules rotate annually and may include:

  Sunday - Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

  Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

  Monday - Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
