What You’ll Do:

• Manage contracts from review to completion, including negotiations and compliance.
• Interface with customers and government reps on proposals, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee confidentiality agreements, patents, trademarks, and intellectual property.

What You Bring:

• BS in Business/Contract Admin or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR & EAR.
• A proactive mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• US citizenship or green card required.
