We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Accountant to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:
As a Senior Accountant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and other accounting reports.
3. Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
4. Conducting detailed risk analysis and financial audits.
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
6. Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes.
8. Utilizing ERP systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
9. Providing financial advice to management to aid in decision making.
10. Mentoring and guiding junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant position will have the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of five years' experience in a senior accounting role.
3. Proven experience with ERP systems.
4. Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong leadership abilities and experience in a supervisory role.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
9. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
