We are seeking a highly motivated and organized R emote Virtual Assistant Clerk to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant Clerk , you will provide administrative support to our team, handle customer inquiries, and perform various clerical tasks. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and update records in our database.
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to coordinate shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Must be a resident of the United States.
