Responsibilities

•Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely
•Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals
•New home developer lead follow up
•New home builder lead generation
•Database
•CRM
•Prospecting
•Staff new home community 5 days a week to ensure convenient touring times for potential buyers
•Be a professional representative for builders and the company when interacting with potential clients and industry professionals so company values and standards are apparent
•Track all phone, email and CRM interactions with prospective clients to help ensure monthly sales goals are being met
•Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely
•Discuss features of lots, floor plans and community to buyers to help determine their needs and wants

Qualifications

• Commission opportunity

•Great communication
•A successful and proven sales history
•Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
•Real Estate and new home construction experience preferred
