Stable10 are working with a leading manufacturer based in Indianapolis. They are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Administrator/Analyst to join and manage their NetSuite system. This role will be crucial in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing the NetSuite environment to drive efficiency and support business objectives.

About the Role:

As the NetSuite Administrator/Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite instance. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment, including user management, security, customizations, workflows, and integrations.
• Provide end-user support and training on NetSuite functionality.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, escalating to NetSuite support when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite updates and new features.
• Document system changes and maintain system documentation.
• Participate in system implementation and upgrade projects.
• Ensure data integrity and security within the NetSuite environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules - Financials (GL/AP/AR/O2C/P2P), Inventory Management, Manufacturing (Work Orders and Assumblies).
• Experience with NetSuite customization tools (e.g., SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk) is highly desirable.
• Experience with CRM/ Marketing Automation or Shopify a bonus.
• Proficiency in creating reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
