J&J Family of Companies - National Director, Precision Medicine Accounts (US/NATIONWIDE) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine - Honolulu, Hawaii Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a National Director, Precision Medicine Accounts to support the US. This role will lead the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) Precision Medicine Account Managers (PMAM, Commercial) in the United States. The PMAM team is responsible for serving as the precision medicine expert and resource within their region; primary responsibilities will be providing educational support to US providers as they navigate the complex landscape of guidelines-based recommendations in precision medicine. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a diverse PMAM team with deep functional and subject matter expertise. Ensure field execution is focused and aligned to US PM strategy (unbranded), executing against established MBOs and KPIs. Ensure PMAM team follows established ROE and JJIM ways of working guidance for appropriate interactions between PMAM team and other field facing employees. Partner with US PM and Sales/Marketing leadership to inform decisions specific to PM strategy and approach. Lead PMAM team to leverage systematic approaches to analyze accounts to gain understanding of customer objectives, workflow, and stakeholder mapping as it relates to PM. Lead PMAMs on how to best engage key customers and accounts within the US Commercial team structure while monitoring and adapting to changing market/account trends. Lead aggregation of PMAM insights across the US Oncology and Urology priority customers and partner with the sales and marketing to shape our approach to key US customers. Communicate and partner effectively with GCSO and GCSD to ensure visibility into US market trends and priorities based on customer insights gathered through PMAM team efforts. Focus on developing talent which includes recruiting, developing, and retaining high-potential talent while following company policies and procedures. Create and foster an inclusive team culture. Qualifications Required: Minimum 10-years of business experience, 2 years Precision Medicine experience required. Minimum of 2 years of people leadership required; high preference for direct PM or account management leadership experience. Oncology experience required. Ability for up to 50% travel including overnights required. A valid driver’s license within the 50 United States required. Preferred: Demonstrated strong business acumen and consistent record of success in PM and/or Oncology markets. Demonstrated cycles of success in leadership, exhibiting strong customer facing and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to advance work and execute in a matrix organization. Developing and implementing strategic plans across complex healthcare environments. Strong marketplace knowledge in the field of precision medicine. An ability to work well in ambiguity and identify areas of current and future opportunity. Strong communication and collaboration skills consistent with the J&J Leadership Imperatives (Connect / Shape / Deliver / Lead). The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
