When it comes to home time and mileage, we've got you covered. While our drivers typically cover an average of 2,500 miles per week, you have the freedom to run as many miles as you desire, giving you control over your schedule and earnings.
Our position description is tailored to cater to your needs and preferences. Embrace a schedule of 12 days on the road followed by 2 days of rejuvenating home time, with weekends off occurring every other weekend. You'll have the opportunity to traverse the entirety of the 48 states, offering a diverse and dynamic experience on the open road. Rest assured, NYC and its five boroughs are not mandated routes, providing flexibility and avoiding the challenges of urban congestion. Plus, enjoy the convenience of 100% no-touch freight, with the majority being drop and hook operations, streamlining your workload and maximizing efficiency. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 months of recent driving experience within the last 3 years, showcasing proficiency and readiness for the role. Experience an average length of haul of approximately 600 miles, offering a balance between distance and efficiency. Anticipate earning an average of $1,200 or more per week, with potential for increased earnings based on your willingness to run harder and longer distances.
Located in Charlotte, NC, our company operates with a fleet of new 2021 or newer Freightliners or Kenworth trucks, equipped with automatic transmissions and essential amenities such as APU's, 1500-watt inverters, refrigerators, TV mounts, and microwave mounts. Enjoy the added convenience of taking your truck home during home time, with the option to be dispatched from home. Alternatively, utilize our network of terminals for parking if needed.
Our comprehensive orientation program is fully paid and includes coverage for travel, meals, and accommodation in a single-person hotel room, ensuring a seamless transition into your new role.
